Discount weekends
20% discount for weekend stays - applicable only if a room or a suite is ordered on the phone numbers +420 547 220 233, +420 775 130 806, email info@hotelsantander.cz or personally at the reception. The discount does not apply to Congress Hall rentals and special events, like trade fairs, etc.
WEDDING RECEPTIONS:
For the organisation of a wedding day we charge a lump sum fee of 30 000,- CZK including all the following items:
- the booking of the whole hotel exclusively for you and your guests
- the booking of nine double rooms and one suite for newlyweds with its own fireplace
- breakfast for accommodated guests
- the rental of the hotel lobby for the wedding reception and evening party
- the rental of the illuminated garden
- use of the grill
- car parking for approx. 30 cars
- toilets accessible directly from the garden
- use of the floodlit tennis court
- the rental of garden furniture

Cancellation terms:
The accommodation provider is entitled to charge cancellation fees for individual orders (bookings) starting from the booking for 1 person under the following terms:
2 days before arrival, until 12:00 without a cancellation fee
1 day and less or non-arrival – 100 % of the accommodation fee for the 1st day of the stay
In case of non-arrival or cancellation due to any unavoidable circumstances (so-called force majeure), no cancellation fee is charged.
