Accommodation with a dog:
Hotel Santander welcomes and accommodates pet owners. Dogs and cats are welcomed with the same appreciation.
Each owner considers his four-legged friend as a member of the family and our hotel will treat them as such. Just as your life together with a dog or a cat has some rules at your home, we ask you to take a look at some basic rules in our Hotel Santander.

Cancellation terms (accommodation)
The accommodator is entitled to charge cancellation fees for individual orders (bookings) under the following conditions:
In regular season when ordering up to 5 rooms including:
up to 2 days - no cancellation fee
1–0 days - 100 % of the amount for the accommodation for the first day of stay
During the increased prices at selected fairs and events or when ordering more than 5 rooms or for long term rental:
20–14 days - 30 % of the total price for the accommodation
13–7 days - 50 % of the total price for the accommodation
6–3 days - 70 % of the total price for the accommodation
2–0 days - 100 % of the total price for the accommodation
In case of non-arrival or cancellation due to any unavoidable circumstances (so-called force majeure), no cancellation fee is charged.
